3D scanning, digitizing and re-machining of old moulds is also possible.

Mould design

When selecting the right mould, production volume must be considered: tens, thousands or millions of parts.

Our mould manufacturing process

To start production, we need either product geometry or finished mould geometry, as well as shrinkage or strain data for the cast material.

The main size limitation for mould production is a maximum of 3100 x 1500 x 700 mm.

After manufacturing, we verify the result by checking dividing planes and, when required, measuring against 3D geometry using a FaroGage arm measuring device.
